We must be notified for any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items within two weeks after the product has been received. Items that have shown to be misprinted/damaged/defective shall be replaced.
- Please check that you enter or have entered your correct address
- Check tracking information that you receive when the order is shipped.
- Email email@example.com for further questions..
- For packages lost in transit, we must be notified no later than three weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- Aquarium Thoughts is not responsible for lost/mis-shipped packages
- All other returns might be accepted within 30 days at our discretion as long as the item is in its original, unworn state. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Photography art is non-refundable unless it’s damaged/misprinted.
